How To Do Salary Negotiation
How to do salary negotiation before job offer and during job interview:
Here are some salary negotiation tips: Be able to list 3-5 ways you save or make the company money and use that to justify the salary you are asking for.
Know your salary walk away rate, know your salary range and be able to defend it, and know your pinpoint salary if requested. If the recruiter asks for your salary upfront, then they are probably interested in giving you an interview. Give them that range or if they request a specific number then give that one number. Do not tell them you want to wait to discuss salary because that will annoy them and they may decide to move on and not give you the interview.
You can negotiate anything for a job. If you need something, you must ask. They may already offer the service/solution for employees and all you had to do was see if they had it or if they are willing to give it to you. Of course ask respectfully and sound grateful.
